AgMax of Sellersburg, Indiana has introduced the “Aiborne Grapplesaw” to their lineup of aerial services. The airborne grapplesaw hangs from a helicopter and allows the pilot to safely grab and cut a tree branch and bring it to the ground in a controlled manner.

“The airborne grapple saw became a concrete project in our organization and came about as a result of customer need and a distinct absence of credible tools in the marketplace” says Jim Robinson, President of AgMax.

AgMax is using a Mecanil SG160 grapplesaw with a custom designed, patent pending powerpack to power the grapplesaw.
